My favorite filipino dish is adobo and a fact is that it is commonly packed for Filipino mountaineers and travelers. Mt favorite filipino dessert i bibingka and it is taditionally baked over a slow fire.

I am able to bring a white bag of sugar.

it doesn't matter what color the bag is, as long as the sugar's white. just kidding. joke lang...

anyways, there's a 3-way tie between pinakbet, pinapaitan and sinigang. pinakbet comes from the ilokano word "pinakebbet" meaning "shriveled." i don't know what the candy is called that i like; it has the rice paper on the outside and i think nuts and honey on the inside? they sell it with pastillas and yema...

hi all!

my favorite filipino dish is sinigang. many people think that sinigang should be the national dish of the philippines because it is more indigenous to the philippines than adobo. my favorite filipino dessert is espasol! i couldn't really find a fun fact about it...but it originated in laguna? :D

i don't really have anything that i can bring in. sorry! :(
